Welcome to K.K Wagh College of Agriculture. 

With the vision of empowering students through quality education, K.K. Wagh Education Society started K.K Wagh College of Agriculture, proved as an institution of academic excellence & achievement, and was established in 2005. This College is affiliated to Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, Rahuri and is occupying a significant place on the Agricultural educational map of the Maharashtra state.

K.K Wagh College of Agriculture is well equipped, fully developed and graded for excellence in quality education by Maharashtra Council of Agricultural Education and Research (MCAER), Pune. This college aims to cater the upcoming demands of the Agrarian economy by generating young workforce with knowhow of future ready technology in agriculture and allied fields.  The college has state of art infrastructure facilities in terms of building, laboratories, lecture halls, instructional and research farms, modern instruments/ equipments, farm machinery, library facilities, computer network with round the clock internet facility, transport and playground etc.

I want that our students should be trained so that they become multidimensional rather than uni-dimensional. We are focusing on this approach here in K.K. Wagh. In my view, acquiring information is no longer the main focus of agriculture education; instead the main aim of education is to enhance employability and entrepreneurial ability of the agriculture graduates.

We believe in providing an environment, which will give them best knowledge and supportive facilities to solve the problems of farming community. With experienced and dedicated teachers, our college helps students to realize their goals in life. I encourage all students to take advantage of the opportunities given by the college by way extracurricular activities that are being conducted from time to time.

I am sure our students will always strive to uphold the dignity of our Society and keep its flag atop the agriculture educational map of the nation.
