I worked as a MD in Swajan Industries Pvt. Ltd. The Swajan Industries Private Limited incorporated on 4th September 2018. The company is a machining unit for the manufacture of components as required by the automobile industries. Vision of company is with its well equipped infrastructure, team of leaders and constant innovation, The Company intends to come with an avant-garde range of products for new and sunrise industry verticals. I was average studying student in school and had a good interest in sports like football, cricket and other extra activities like trekking, social activities like NCC, NSS, count guide etc.

My father played a very important role in my career development. He gave all basic necessities like education, support, finance on the basis of which I started my career.

The main turning of my life was taking an admission in B. Sc.  Agriculture in the year 2010 in K.  K. Wagh College of Agriculture Nashik. Our college was new but the founders and trusties like Honourable Late. Balasaheb Wagh had a very firm vision, power and ability which laid to foundation of this institution.

The first lesson I learnt during this journey was after completing 1st year college, that this course is practically oriented, logical and research base, from there I decided that I will focus on practical and research base knowledge which is important and applicable in future life for career development and benefits for all. There was a great risk because I was going alone way and all other student going to other way of securing marks and merits with the help of different ways and techniques as suited.

The second lesion which I learnt was being polite and good with your teachers because they guide you throughout your career.

The third lesion I learnt was during the final year project, where you should always have a unique idea, innovation or innovative thinking. What is the use of studying in this course if you cannot choose your own innovative ideas.

The final lesion that was I learn from college was believe in yourself, identify who you are and never look behind towards people who tried to pull you back. Your success is the biggest revenge and answer for them.

I am very thankful to good teachers and supportive staff and management who supported and identified my potential and helps out of the way during different difficult conditions.
